Article 1 — Definitions

  • Boxstock: Boxstock B.V., registered in Rotterdam, Chamber of Commerce number 85162671.
  • Customer: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with Boxstock.
  • Product: any item offered for sale through the webshop, including sneakers, clothing, bags and accessories.
  • Agreement: the purchase agreement concluded when the customer places an order and Boxstock confirms it.

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements via boxstock.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

Article 3 — Offers and pricing

  • All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Boxstock reserves the right to change prices. The price at the time of order is binding.
  • Obvious errors in prices or descriptions are not binding.

Article 4 — Ordering and payment

  • An order is final upon receipt of the order confirmation email.
  • Payment is possible via iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal or Apple Pay.
  • Orders are processed after full payment is received.

Article 5 — Delivery

  • Boxstock delivers to all EU countries.
  • Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM CET are processed the same day.
  • Average delivery time is 4-8 business days, depending on destination.
  • Shipping costs are EUR 10.00 within the EU.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

  • The customer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving reason.
  • The product must be returned in its original, unworn condition and original packaging.
  • Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
  • The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Article 7 — Authenticity

All products on Boxstock are 100% authentic. Boxstock guarantees the authenticity of every product sold through the platform. Products are verified before shipment.

Article 8 — Warranty and complaints

  • All products carry the statutory warranty under Dutch law.
  • Complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt via [email protected].
  • Boxstock will handle complaints within 14 days.

Article 9 — Liability

Boxstock's liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. Boxstock is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.

Article 10 — Privacy

Boxstock processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Article 11 — Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
